Please make sure you get every inspection you can find before dealing with a seller from this company; they cut corners, deceitful about things during the contract period (not forth coming) and you are lucky if you meet the agent or seller because we never did.( unprofessional) Turn around time was slow. We had to pull teeth just to get things addressed. Please do your research. If you are not willing to put time, effort and money into the process with making sure your not buying a 120k, 95k, 50k ( whatever the price of your home) brick or wood of problems please turn the other way until you are ready. Many things were addressed in the home that we would never have known about without the inspections!! Some providers do not require inspections, please do not skip over. I understand that most business are buying homes as investments and flipping them so they can spend as little as possible and make a quick buck but is it worth putting people lives in danger? Cosmetic attraction is great but not if the house in not ok structurally and mechanically. This is just one company, I am sure there are others just like it. CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY WITH YOUR INVESTMENT!
