Hard working individuals that helped get me approved an into my house 11/23/15
Website is difficult to understand so i decided to go to the office and speak to someone personally. I spoke to the staff and they were polite. Spoke to the son, Steve Hale about my family's needs and wants in a home because we hv to move at the end next month (which i felt was plenty of time). He took my information down and gave me his card. He should have emailed me some listings that same day before the close of business. Nothing came. Called the office at 10 am the next day and he wasnt there. Called his cell phone and was told he must have wrote my email down wrong. Text him my information to his cellphone again and waited. Waited all weekend and the following Monday. Tuesday I called again and was promised the email would come again. Nothing. Called him that Friday and again was given the same promises. I have given up again and dont even want to do business with them. I am an easy person to work with, it would have been too easy to let me know that I did not qualify or something did not meet my family's needs. That is very unprofessional. I hope dont do business like that on a regular. It has been almost a month since our initial conversation. Still no word from them, no email or phone calls. I threw his card away. Would NEVER recommend to anybody!
Excellent service very detailed they told me about a government program that saved me so much money most other realtors I talk to didn't even know that the government had a $100 down program on their foreclosures I was amazed thanks bob hale realty and I truly recommend them very patient and knowable
