It is very sad to see budgetless families (Wood) extend themselves beyond their means to the point where they have to disrupt tenants because they are in life circumstances.
I hope for the sake of small business and our own company that anyone reading this post knows that we strive for success and improvement daily for everyone including the ones on this post.
Nonetheless, it continues to leave us with cleaning up the dirty work and eviction others. Let's just say some customers are well served and pleasant when they arrive while others bring pleasure while they leave (Kristensen) and get evicted for taking advantage of others "free ride."
Regretfully, we are left between making a decision about was clients want and what is popular vs. what is lawful logical and fair when it comes to property management.

We are sad that people cannot tell us they are dissatisfied so we can correct service problems rather than making remarks that are intended to punish for a lifetime. Contrary to what others believe, we talk about finding new ways to help people everyday.
This class was a great experience for me and very challenging... the instructor was on time, positive and approachable.
Others make very coercive, selfish, and unlawful decisions (Campbells) placing strangers and hardworking people in extremes such as insisting to collect rent swiftly while failing to notify others that are are not making the payments and also collecting a very handsome amount of rent. Hard working citizens and thieves call it fraud.
Complete breach of multiple contracts. He has been rude and disrespectful for the 3 years that we have done business with him. At this point in time they are in breach of contract on at least 2 issues related to not charging the tenant for denial of entry fees and not allowing repairs to be made on a house. He is a very rude person when he knows that he is not going to get your business and will do everything in his power, including speaking negatively about you to a tenant, to make your experience with him even worse. At this time he is refusing to allow us to make any repairs on a house that we own even when we've given notice (per our contract) and is refusing to allow us entry so that we can sell our house. Do not recommend on any level.
