*The rental agent was unavailable for 4 months.
*The tenants didn't pay last 2 mths rents b/c they thought the contract ended, even though they asked to move out.
* The deposit was given to us, but was still charged a management fee.
*The rent check was short on several occasions.
Almost zero representation and they definitely do not work in the best interest of their clients. The fees they charge are basically for accounting purposes only.
*We didn't receive the last month's rent.
*The tenants broke contract and the agent didn't do a single thing about it.
Working with the Relocation team at Blanchard & Calhoun is always a pleasure. They are always professional and communicate in a very timely manner. Their service and expertise is "top notch"!!!!
