I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Ivan Crawford when buying my first home. Let me first say that I was by no means an easy customer to accommodate (though not for a lack of manners). While we were searching for homes, I was working night shifts and often would work/sleep through prime viewing hours for home. Even with my crazy military hours, he seemed to make things work around my schedule. I appreciated that, and working with a former service member.
Ivan's extensive knowledge of the area, the contractors available, of homes/home improvement, and knowledge of realty made me feel not only comfortable but at an advantage while I was in the market for a home. To make his job even harder: due to some unforeseen issues, I pulled out of the first contract I made. Without hesitation, or any attempts to try and keep me in the home I had a contract on, Ivan helped me find another home. Within a week, I had a contract on my dream first time home. I worry that if I didn't have Ivan as a realtor, I would not be in the home I am right now.
I will not recommend all they care about is your funds they are horrible in inspecting the rentals to make sure all is correct before tenants move in then when you bring a issue to their attention their excuse is they didn't know they just took over this property from another realtor. Which is bs again all they care about is taking peoples money. Stay away!
I called Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate just to obtain information about representing myself in a transaction.
