I have done several orders over the last few weeks. Unfortunately there has been a problem with each order. These problems have been exacerbated by the fact that there is never anyone working in the photo center when I come to the store. I ordered a poster---the poster machine was down. I made three trips before someone was finally able to print my poster. I ordered a canvas---it came with a giant scratch through the middle. I ordered a collage. It took me over 3 hours in total to get the order right and actually pick up the order. The latest problem---I reordered the canvas. Today a canvas came in the mail---you guessed it. The canvas is a picture of 2 beautiful little boys. The canvas I ordered was a picture of my sister's dog. Someone is missing their canvas. I am probably finished working with the Sam's Club Photo Center and the Sams Online Digital Photo Center. I will say that these problems are no fault of the workers that have helped me at the club. All have been diligent in trying to make sure I got what I needed. They are sent to work in other departments, or cover 2 places at one time. I have been trying for 30 minutes to reach the store to discuss what to do about my missing canvas...that I paid for...Needless to say---no one is answering.
