They have a few people that need to find new career paths but the manager and associate manager are friendly, helpful, honest, and no-nonsense

I myself am a small business owner that lives in Augusta and relies on T-Mobile as a primary cell provider for my family and I. That being said i have nothing to gain by giving this review.

because of this manager and sales associate I'm still a happy 3 year contractless T-Mobile Customer. I can say without a doubt this is one of the best T-Mobile stores in Augusta When it comes to, having phones in stock, product knowlege, and customer appreciation. This T-Mobile Store is the only store in Augusta I will do business with from now on. Thank you for helping me resolve my problem and I do look forward to conducting business with you again in the near future.

I had such a lame experience trying to upgrade to a new Galaxy S8 at another store that when the problem store explained they didn't have a Galaxy S8 then claimed no store had one in Augusta I was talked into buying

Busy but great store

*John Cornachia is fibbing to benefit himself as a salesman @ ATandT!!*

This place is a joke. Take 58$ from me for taxes on a replacement phone, then inform me they can't upgrade to the same device. Uh, hello, were an outdoor company, y'all Only offer one "contractor" quality phone. Then they inform me they can't refund my money. Bs. Then offer me $50 bill credit since they have an allowance. My foot!!! Give me my money y'all stole. If your a business owner or partner, please don't consider this abyss of thieves, and if your a current customer, please leave while you can. I'm getting corporate involved. And I mean it!

a phone, a smartwatch, + "a free tablet" which the "free tablet" I secretly would still have to pay twenty dollars a month. For th e next two days after the purchase I was having connection issues with the watch and never received the tablet that was already activated charging my account. ANGERY and DISSATISFIED I decided to contact T-Mobile @ 210 Robert c Daniel Jr parkway; the employee I spoke with said they had the Galaxy S8 and would be happy to help me if I wanted to come into the store; so i did. When I arrived I was greeted kindly by more than one employee but I was helped by the Store Manager and a Associate, being I purchased the phone and watch elsewhere; there would unfortunately be a $50 restocking fee for each of the two items. Which i would have happily paid to get from under the unwanted phone and extra 2 lines. After hearing me out and researching a little the manager kindly said he would be glad to help, He returned all the problem equipment: including the smart watch, phone, phone case + he waved all restocking fees and I got what i wanted all along a Galaxy S8.

I've had T-Mobile for almost 10 years now and prior to the switch to from Powertel many moons ago. Average service with good prices. As for the local store, also average. I've researched phones and tablets here and done one in-store purchase. The most recent experience made me a bit angry. I came into the store with my teenage daughter in tow. I assume most adults can tell a 5'1" female with a Westside High sweatshirt and constantly texting is a kid. We look just alike and she refers to me as "Mom" now mistake about it. We are greeted within a three steps in the door and asked how we can be assisted. I stated "we simply can to view tablets in person. We've been narrowing it down online" and I make my own way over to the iPads. She asks for my phone number so she can pull up my account. I smile and repeat myself. Once we reach the Samsung Tabs and my daughter is touching and tapping. I see her coming in for the sale. She pounces directly on the kid "do you like that one? I bet you want to take it with you today" If looks could kill she would have died 1000 deaths in a glance. Here we are mid-December assisting a mother and child after the mother tells you she is "just looking". Apparently this is a Christmas present and you badger a teenager about taking it home today. With a furl in my brow I tell her we are not making a purchase today. I know salespeople are supposed to sell but it was obvious it wasn't happening today. Way to almost ruin Christmas.
