Untrustworthy mom-and-pop store that scammed me. Came in years ago, a naive 20-year-old college student, needing a Bluetooth-enabled head unit (receiver) for my car. I noted there was one unit with BT features on their clearance table, with a card displayed saying no returns. Specifically and explicitly asked the owner if this particular unit would pair with my phone and play music through BT - without hesitation, the owner said yes. This turned out to not be the case and a lie I found out 3 hours later.

I've also had friends walk in over the years and ask casual questions about stock and tell me that the owner is unusually unresponsive and standoffish to answering customer queries.
My F150 had an aftermarket stereo installed by Best Buy and I've had nothing but problems with it since. I woke up the other morning to find it had fallen back inside of the console and was no longer working. I called up Anything Audio and asked if there was any way they could fix it that day so it could be ready for a long haul we were leaving for the next day. I was told no problem, come on in. An hour later my stereo was installed properly, looking better than it ever had and working perfect. These guys really care about the quality of work. Word of warning: do your own research beforehand, know what you want and the price(s) for it, and choose another shop. Any legal recourse I may have had is most likely beyond the realm of possibility, or I'd take this guy to court.
Once it had been fully paid for and installed, the owner and I both went to my car to test to see if it worked. It paired to BT, but did not operate with music - this particular unit only worked with BT voice calls, not music. The owner knew this and deliberately withheld this information for me until this point. He skirted the issue and said "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't."
I paid for the unit in addition to the installation, which was done by a technician who looked and spoke unprofessionally. I haggled on the price and got a minor discount, at which point this installer made an off-the-cuff joke about needing it to save gas money (?) This installation took about 2-3 hours, which I later realized was well beyond the average time required.
Having had it installed and knowing there was no return possible, in addition to being a young college student, I had no recourse. I eventually ended up selling the unit on eBay and buying one that actually did work, and installed it myself faster than their head technician could.
I just want to let people now that this store has NO warranty on anything except what the manufacture offers. I purchased a JL Amp and had them install it,after about 3 weeks it went bad, they said it had to go back to the manufacture for repair. OK After 4 weeks it came back and they reinstalled it. They charged me the shipping cost and another install fee. The lady said there was no way they were going to eat the cost because they don't make enough on sales. They must not care about return customers?
