Bought a drone there. The sales associate had very little knowledge of any of the drones that they carry. In fact I new more then he did. Was not satisfied with the distance of the transmission if video. No way near what was advertised. Returned the product. Only to be told it was 15% restocking fee. Customer service did take the return and told me that the money was returned to my debit card. Went home to check my balance, nothing there. Tried calling the store, only got automated service with no extension to customer service. Called Best Buy customer service from number got online. Called them to be told credit card returns take 3 to 5 business days and debit card returns are immediate. Told her it was a debit card, she put me on hold. When she returned, I was informed that online orders are immediate and store purchases took 3 to 5 days. They took the money immediately upon purchase. So basically they charged me $75 to keep my money for 3 to 5 days. With no concern for the customer. Great service, get F---ed and have a nice day. Never again will Best Buy get another penny from me ir my family

Went to this store only to get schooled on digital cameras so I would know what the best available options were on the market. Then I was going to purchase cheaper offline. After spending time dealing with the associates in store, I was so impressed by their knowledge of products and willingness to spend the time putting up with my 20,000 questions, I felt obligated to reinvest in them by making my purchase through Best Buy. Great experience and very kind staff. I will be returning for any future gizmo and gadget needs.

Service professionals are always nice, friendly, and Very Knowledgeable. My Sales Specialist, Will W. was so helpful in helping me decide the best tablet for me and my personal needs. I left feeling very satisfied and confident that I made the best purchase. I will go back for future purchases.

Tried to call this location for an entire hour with only one answer! I called every department several times and dialed 3 different extensions before finally getting an answer from AP. All I wanted to know was if a product was in store and if so, was the price listed correct; because it was much lower than you would expect for that kind of product. Speaking to the representative, was very helpful however and he was very professional during the conversation. Despite his helpful professionalism, I don't think I'll be doing business with this Best Buy for the project I am working on.

I went there on a Black Friday... Had to return an item that I had purchased at full price, But it was on sale two days later on Black Friday. The store staff members were very friendly and helpful At helping me return the item and getting it at the sales price. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. So I was very pleased with their service.
