Ordered the Gray case DURACELL® ULTRA AGM battery for my Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. This one is made in the USA. When I picked it up at the store, they gave me the Black case battery which is made in China. I did not discover this until I got home and started to install the battery.
A guy named Logan tried to fix the cracked screen of my iPhone 6 s. After he brought it out I proceeded to tell him the 3D Touch did not work. He tried to tell me that it was because of a malfunction with my phone although it worked fine with the cracked screen. So he told me to give him ten minutes and he will put another screen on it. So I waited and when he brought it back out everything seemed fine. I paid for it and everything. It wasn't until after I left that I noticed my fingerprint for my home button would not work and also the letter pea for now which I have to use auto correct. I called back and he proceeded to make up another story why it would work saying it's a malfunction within the phone. Although my finger print button worked when I brought it in. Batteries plus has damaged my iPhone. And I paid full price to get it fixed. I will continue to review every business that has gotten over on me. And this is one of them. I would have been better off with the cracked screen.
Had some issues with a motorcycle battery I got from them last year, They kept it overnight and had it fully charged the next day, didn't cost me cent. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, good place for batteries and bulbs.
i had a cracked screen on my iphone and went to have it fixed. when i received the phone back everything looked fine and i left the store. after using the phone for a few days i noticed that the screen was not working properly. i went back to the store and they said they would replace the screen and for me to come back in a hour. when i picked up my phone i tested the screen in the store and everything worked fine. i would use their service again in the future.
First, they replaced the battery on the iphone and then a week later the same phone was dropped and the screen shattered. The same store replaced the screen quickly and the staff was very helpful. I recommend this store based on my 2 recent experiences!
