Stayed here for the eclipse. Room was spacious and clean, bedding was nice, furniture and fixtures were good and modem (clearly a newer hotel). The complimentary breakfast is highly acceptable, including hot items like scrambled eggs and waffles.

What an absolutely wonderful place! I'm just sorry that I didn't get pictures of the property and room for your viewing pleasure. The property is very well maintained and I noticed it was built only in the last 2 years. We had the privilege of enjoying the two bedroom suite. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was absolutely super. When visiting Augusta, I will definitely be staying at this location

Part 2 - we will not be staying here again. We cut our stay short by 8 days and moved to a different hotel. We asked for a quite room on a high floor. They gave us a room on a high floor, but put a family with a yappy dog and a banging child next to us. We complained and management spoke to them but it took 2 days. They were then much quieter. They left and the hotel then put a family with 2 you kids next to us that were very noisy. So, even after complaining, explaining why we wanted a quiet room, they ignored us and forced us to move. We will never stay here again. Pretty crappy way to treat a Platinum member.

The staff were quite courteous and helpful, and helped me out a bit when I got in a little later than expected (5:30 AM).

I have one gripe: while the quality of the TV in the room was actually quite good, it was set to an obnoxious power-saving mode that made it too dark whenever the room wasn't pitch black. The menu was locked out, of course, so I had to use a flashlight to trick the ambient light sensor into brightening the backlight up. Pretty annoying, but not worth a star in light of everything else.

Clean, modern, friendly staff. Breakfast is good and their socials Mon - Wed are great. Exactly what we have come to expect from a Marriott. If I come back this way for another TDY, I will definitely try and stay here again.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. The kitchen wasn't ideal for cooking, too small and cramped. The room was fine. The staff is friendly but new. Not the kind of customer service you get with high end hotels. Other than the staff checking you in or out, all other dealings with front desk were poor. Working for the government and getting taxes removed from receipt at checkout was a no go unless you provide them with tax exempt from, which is fine. Working with hotel to correct this after the fact is enough to make me look elsewhere on my next visit. Currently still unresolved.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They offer nightly mixers with food and drinks. Just an overall great place to stay.
