I did find small baby roaches in my bathroom. It's like this food good room service suck order your food go get the food yourself. Pools nice workout room is great an the bar is little pricey but good. It's a good hotel an there working on there roach problem that's not bad but they inherited from last holiday express that owned it. So in my opinion it's a good hotel for the price.

I was staying there because i was working out of town. The staff that checked me in at first told me that the room had not been paid for by my company. But, in actuality the girl at the desk couldn't figure out how to work a fax machine to receive the authorization. Thats the first problem i had. Got to the room and it was ok for the most part with the exception of the stand-up shower which just looked grimy. Second night i was sitting on the bed and a huge bug, looked like a gigantic cockroach crawled on me. I flipped out, screaming. I'm terrified of most bugs, but this thing was huge. Very limited breakfast accommodations. Only strayed 2 nights. The desk staff was much nicer and very on top of things. Would only recommend in s pinch.

I was only there for less than 24 hours. I don't normally like motels but after researching and being in my price range I reserved a King room. You can tell they have spent money to update the property. The lobby is nice. Having a restaurant in the hotel should be an added benefit. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get anything. When I checked in at 730p I was told the restaurant is open till 10. After taking a minute to settle after the long 8hr drive. I go to the restaurant for food and the bartender says they closed at 9 cause it's a slow night. Overall the room was nice except the bed was springy which was uncomfortable. It felt like a sofa bed. Also the paint needed work especially near the door. Difficult to control the temperature in the room. But I did really enjoy the view of the pool made for a great picture for my kids.

Staff is super friendly. 1st room we were placed in had bed bugs present. After notifying the front desk, she moved us to another room on another side of the building and deducted $20 off our room rate. The 2nd room was clear of bugs but the heat did not work. Maintenance said the heater had to be taken apart etc, work would take a while to do. I did our best to keep warm until 2am. Having RA and lupus my body can't deal with being too cold. It hurts me. We went to check out the previous front desk help shift had ended. We explained to the night person our reason for leaving she repeatedly expressed her apologies and did not charge us for the night. There is a restaurant on sight I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious Steak and Cheese sub with perfectly seasoned fries. To die for only $10.

This hotel room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy, but we experienced some serious issues that decor and furniture couldn't make up for. For starters, there was mold in the stand up shower on the tile. It obviously hadn't been cleaned because a used wash rag and toiletries had been left in there from previous guests. You can also hear everything from the outside. Especially other guests going by yelling loudly. During our second day housekeeping didn't even come by, but they did bring us towels later that night. But the worst part was the GIANT cockroach my Mom had to squish. And then less than an hour later there was a spider crawling on me IN THE BED. It was too much to deal with.
