This is a really good hotel. It's dated and could use a face-lift, but the rooms are well equipped, clean, and quiet. The hotel staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. I would stay again.
Nice hotel. Has an Oriental flare in it's look. Rooms are clean with Queen beds in our double. Would stay here again. Breakfast was included in our reservation. Eating takes a little while as it is made to order. You must pay for extras. Staff has been courteous.
Melissa at the front desk was awesome in setting things up for me regarding my room. She gets ***** (five stars)!
Little did I know that house keeping was something to be desired. I advised the night auditor of my issue, because I got to my room after 11pm, but she was focused on her job not my concern and I was to tired to be long winded. I probably won't stay here again, but who knows.
Very clean, friendly staff. One morning had a long wait at bistro for breakfast. Hotel has discontinued providing newspapers.
Average Courtyard Marriott location. Staff is very friendly. Their gym is oranized and clean. Enjoyed breakfast to-go at their Starbucks-branded restaurant every morning. All of it wasn't bad aside from the fruit cup, which was old and beginning to ferment. Rooms were average size. Upon first entering, mine was humid with a musty odor. After turning on the AC, this issue cleared up considerably. WiFi wasn't the best and often had huge latency issues during the evening every night of my stay, with ping periodically soaring well over 1000 ms. Outdoor pool was good, but extremely salty. You could actually see salt suspended in the water, unable to dissolve. Pool Guy, if you're reading this, salt should be below 5000 PPM (2400-3600 for private use, no more than 5000 for most commercial salt cells).
