Staff was polite, but the owner, "Harry Mistry" as his business card states, was extremely rude, on several occasions, causing us to cut our week long stay there down to just three days, and enticing us to move our bags across the street to a friendlier establishment. The sink in our room didn't work, and a work ticket was offered in fixing it (which never happened), but for three days we were left in the same room, no working sink, and no offer to switch rooms. Icing on the cake...breakfast must be eaten in the very small lobby with the owner watching you, as you are not allowed to leave the lobby with food. Worst stay ever. Hands down.
I'm in the room right now and after 2 minutes of looking here is what I have found. Soaking wet floor, possibly dirty bed, no comforter, broken knobs on everything, stained walls and countertops, something nasty splashed on the television and left unclean, was told that I was upgraded at the front desk when it's actually the exact reservation I made. After seeing the state of this place I checked reviews and I am now waiting to spot the famous roaches I've read about. 0-5 stars if possible, if I didn't have to be here for a surgery I would have left already with flames in my rear view mirror.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE! Read the reviews, thought it would be ok. We have stayed in some pretty crappy hotels but didn't think this would be at the bottom. It's definitely down there. Dirty, I have 2 sheets on my bed, no comforter, outlets without face plates, electronics not properly plugged in, our door doesn't even close right, top latch is broke. Awful! Going somewhere else tomorrow.
what a nasty and dirty place.i will explain.i arrived at around 2 2pm the was a older guy there he said his name was harry.i checked into a room.i went to shower and the tub was filthy ,the towels thin,i uncovered the bed and to my astonishment the sheets we not changed.like some one had just got out of them.i returned to the front desk.i told mr harry what happened and i wanted a refund,he said no.u were there 15 mins,he was rude and loud.i left called my card company and had the charge reversed.dont stay at this hotel
Where do I start? First this place is hard to find at night because there faded out sign missing panels does not light up. Upon check in the lady tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Priceline. She then figured that out gave us only one key. The outside was pretty nasty and the inside was worse. When walking into the room it was sweltering hit with no AC turned on and smelt like a smoking room. There is only a sheet on the bed but we were tired from driving and stayed anyway. Raw electric wires were hanging of balcony. AC grills been and hanging off units. Rust on refrigerator and dirty. There was clumps of hair already in bath tub. Tin didn't drain good. The housekeeper who looked like a crack head pulled up in her truck that was making some kind of horrible sound in the morning and left it running in parking lot with the music blasting waking us. When we went for breakfast at 945 there was not any thing but old horrible tasting coffee. Upon check out we were informed you don't get blankets unless you go to the front and ask for them.
