I don't ever waste my time, or remember to write reviews for anything, but this is one I made a point to review! This was a fantastic experience for my family. After a week of searching for just the right bed, we ended up here. Our sales rep Barbara was amazing!!!! This is the only place we've ever been where the staff was helpful, but not up our butts the whole time. She kept a comfortable distance, while making suggestions and catching on instantly to just what we were looking for. We found the bed we liked for cheaper somewhere else, but her unbelievable customer service made us come back and buy it from her anyway! And she went out of her way to get us an extra deal, without us asking! Awesome. Best customer service experience I've ever had!
Went & paid for mattress on Saturday night they called me Sunday morning to come get it & when I got there they didn't even have it in stock, so they sent me to another store & said they had it & when I got over there they didn't have it either but the manager at that store took very good care of me!!! Wrightsboro Rd store sucks.....
Great prices and courteous sale person.
Just walked into the store with my family spent 10 mins walking around not once we're we greeted or acknowledged. Walked to buy a king size mattress left due to lack of customer service.
