We needed a place to stay on our cross country move that was pet friendly, saw this place rated well on Bring Fido so gave it a try. The place was fantastic. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, it had a business area with computers/scanners/printers which came in handy for some last minute urgent paperwork we needed to send. The room had a couch and a FULL SIZE fridge with freezer. Breakfast spread was good and thr coffee actually tasted good :) This is one of the few times I've stayed at a hotel where I felt like I got my money's worth. Great price for all the amenities. If we ever head back this direction I would stay again!
Was very impressed with my room! Very comfy. Had big fridge. Very clean and the front desk people were friendly! I'll definitely come back again when I'm in this area. I'm not easily impressed with rooms but I was with this!
New and clean! Stayed here for 5 days while in transition, having moved to Augusta. Good location with easy access to Washington Street. 2 adults and a 2 year old fit comfortably in a executive suite. Rates are very reasonable. They are pet friendly, but floors that are restricted from pets were clean and did not cause reaction to 1 guest in our party that is very allergic.
Very, very nice. Friendly staff. Great rooms that allowed space to relax or work. I come to the Aiken/Augusta area 2-3 times a month and I have found a new place to stay. Alot of bang for the buck. Thank you.
I bring my fiance and her family with me to Augusta for Thanksgiving every year. And, by far our stay at Ecco has been the best. The staff is absolutely amazing. I'd like to single out Matthew for going out his way to allow me to have breakfast with my Golden Willow. Everyone needs to stay at Ecco.
