I absolutely love the past experiences my wife and I have had at Helzberg over the last 5 years, but today it was horrible! We stopped in for the normal 5 minute amazing ring cleaning only to spend half an hour having our heads talked off by the sales lady who 100% was higher than snoop dog on April 20th. The 30 min one sided conversation was basically her telling my wife how to take care of her 4k ring that we have had for over 4 years and is in perfect condition. The time she didn't spend talking was only to have her nails being bit by her nasty teeth. She was 100% on some kind of drug and I refuse to buy product from this company is they are employing people as such.
