Best Place to do business with...hands down! I can go in whenever I need to have my dead watch batteries changed and they also created a one of a kind necklace passed down from generations and even added stones like I wanted (RUBY stone with White Diamonds surrounding the center stone). I was welcomed in and waited on like royalty. I even saw a pair of monogrammed earrings in one of the books and had them ordered, monogrammed, and completed PERFECTLY for a Christmas gift. Also, they have puppies and I like a business who is pet dog friendly...such sweet people!!! DOING BUSINESS WITH JOE IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE!
Casella Jewelers is a lovely, local jewelry store. I have relied on them for years for excellent jewelry repairs at an always reasonable and fair price. I would recommend them without hesitation!
I've had a couple of repairs done here with no problem great work. During my last repair, I brought in a couple of different items to be repaired or cleaned. The jeweler asked why wasn't I leaving the last bracelet. I rep[lied that I was taking the diamond bracelet where my husband purchased it. He suggested that I leave it with him as it was a simple fix that he could do, so I did. Long story short, I picked up my jewelry and everything seemed in order. A month later when I pulled the bracelet out to wear it. 7 stones were missing which I have since paid to replace.
Unfriendly lady there acts as if you are an interruption to her day and simple questions seem to irritate and even confuse her. I normally deal with Windsor Jewelers but decided to try them out as they are closer to my home. I will drive a few minutes further to deal with people that are happy to see you, selection is far better and those helping you don't greet you with impatience and impudence.
