High expectations for quality jewelry....... I brought my piece in for it's six month diamond certification check; however, tonight I was disappointed as I finished my browsing I found the sales associate Rachel cleaning/inspecting my diamonds with an old toothbrush. I was angry to say the least, but could not say anything! I did not want to risk having security called on me. I just expected more.........
I got my husband an ring it was engraved.I had to get another one while on vacation he lost it.Then I order same ring with engraving and they send me a ring without what I asked for!Then the nerve to tell me I can just accept it like that!Which is unacceptable!!!
Too sad I can't give - stars.
This place is horrible the manager is always at helzberg jewelry talking to someone and when I ask about my jewelry been replace for pieces falling off it's like I have to fight for a warranty I paid for and liars making me pay for extra things that is covered by my Zales credit card.
The diamond fell out of my husband's wedding band. They fixed it & a week later another one fell out.
