We took a pocket watch there In the middle of August. 2 weeks later they called saying it could be fixed but they'll have to order parts and it should be ready to pick up a week later.. 2 weeks went by, we called, said it'll be done the following Thursday or Friday. Fast forward to now, almost end of December and we still haven't gotten the watch. They keep giving us difference excuses. The older man has no manners what so ever. Do not go here. The worst customer service ive ever seen in my life.

The watch technician was very helpful, i greatly appreciated his help. I didn't have to wait long time and they got a longtime in me.
Poor customer service. I won't be spending my money here ever again. We asked a man behind the counter if he was the watch technician that worked there and he said "well what's it look like, I'm behind the counter arent I?" Another young man helped us but the old guy needs to be taught how you treat paying customers. Again, we will never be back.
I had a GREAT experience here!! They were very willing to work with me when I bought a gift for my husband and had to return it, even though It was engraved!! Very flexible, gave me store credit. Very friendly!
