I found The entire staff to be friendly and accommodating. My salesman, Vince pointed out the features of the sofa, that I wound up purchasing in a different fabric. I also choose a bedroom set, which was not in stock, but Vince and the owner, Tim assured me that they would obtain it for my specified delivery date, one week later. The sofa, BR set, mattress and boxspring were all delivered on time on the date I specified. The nightstand was back ordered but that is no big deal, as it will be delivered in a week.
The customer service I received was outstanding Vince is a very good sales person!! The furniture is great and the prices are too.

This is a family owner store in business for about 50 years. I was made to feel right at home by all of the staff, I was even introduced to the owner's Mother! Everyone was very pleasant.
