Went on February 24th purchased a bedroom suite, 2 bunk beds, full size girl bed and dining room set. Very affordable and good quality. Although some items were forgotten I contacted the manager and was helped immediately no questions asked. Awesome experience.
Nice, affordable furniture. But terrible customer service. Had a delivery scheduled for a certain date and we called to get an estimated time of arrival, they told us we weren't even on the roaster for delivery. And that we may not get our furniture until 9pm that night. Who delivers furniture that late at night? We got the run around about the time. After expressing our fustration to 3 different people, our stuff was delivered at 3. Also, the lamps that were delivered, were not the ones we ordered. I definitely will not support this business again.
First time we went we put a couch on layaway with ottoman, wen I looked at my receipt there was no ottoman and the price was more then what the sign said. We went back and I spoke to David who was not very friendly and offered no apology or anything for the issue. We picked out a different sofa that day and purchased it. David rang us up and remained unfriendly. I have worked in customer service and can tell you had I interacted with customers in that manner I wouldn't have had a job very long. After we checked out he gave me my receipt, no thank you, no we can deliver it today, no words at all. I asked if they could deliver today and he replied yes. Again I'm big on customer service and David is lacking in that dept! I can't comment on any other employees since I dealt with David however I can say I will not be shopping there again.
The person, David, who helped me was very nice and courteous. I purchased a new full sized bed at a great discount and it's very high quality. He of course suggested a protector/warranty and when I declined he made sure I didn't feel bad about doing so. It was very quick and easy, the entire process including loading it up in my truck took about 10 minutes tops. I'll certainly be purchasing from here again in the future and recommending others to stop by and see David!
