I recommend that you stay away from this store!
Now, as for Augusta, Georgia, it is the worst customer service of anywhere that I have ever been! Now I am not disgruntled about anything but customer service. Have always paid my bills on time and spent lots of money with this company. However, within the next few days, I will pay them off and NEVER use them again. I have spoken to the corporate office about the Augusta store. Their personality, lack of approach, laziness and pure rudeness has been reported to the corporate office 5 months ago and nothing has changed. If you want good furniture and friendly service, I suggest you go to Rooms to Go!
This is by far the worst customer service. I have ever experienced. They have been telling my husband and I they are delivering our furniture since last week. Still no furniture I have missrd out on work etc. Waiting.
HOrrible Experience..... the worst customer service ever!!!! Shirley comes off so nice but she has the worst attitude EVER! They sent me the wrong furniture and she told me it was my fault. She still has never apologized till this Day the manager Julian was on her side and also was very rude. No One has called to check to see was everything better or to apologize for the inconvenience. Then, 2 weeks after I purchased my Sofa it's on Sale $700 cheaper and no adjustment can be made. I will never purchase from them again, I wish I could return everything I have! Signed Cherelle Norman
Horrible customer service. Manager hid when I came in to speak with him. No-one came to deliver my furniture 3 times. Requested a refund and it conveniently shows up then. Won't be back.
I have been a customer with Badcock for nearly 7 years. Now most of the furniture that is made in Vietnam is of very good quality and sturdy. Customer Service has ALWAYS BEEN GREAT!
I wish I could give zero stars considering all the problems I've had with this store. From poor management, terrible customer service, & numerous issues with the one & only order I recently placed with them (not showing up for delivery, back-ordered items they said were available, forgetting to bring half the items when they did finally show up on the 2nd delivery day, all furniture items scratched & chipped, manager promised a discount but then charged me FULL PRICE, I got charged for an item that was returned & they still haven't credited me back over a month later, I had 12 months no-interest on this order & they started to charging me interest after only 1 month & I paid the first payment a week before it was due!)
