Poor range of services, and the staff is not willing to help you find alternatives when they are unable to treat your pet. I guess if they're not getting your money, then they don't really care about helping your pet.
Dr. Ashley Wheatley is no longer with Highland Animal Hospital, and now has her own private practice, Greenbrier Veterinary Service. She is an amazing vet, and my dog loves her. She corrected the errors of another doctor, and you would never know my dog had double knee replacement surgery. I am guessing she was simply restricted by HAH with what she could do for the other person who did a review. She has always worked hard to do everything possible to keep our dog happy and healthy.
