They take forever to get you in the back. My appointment was at 1 I got here at 1245 took forever for a receptionist too even check me in! Then it's almost 130 and I'm still waiting to be called! Staff is NOT friendly at all! Need to find another Orthopedic Dr ASAP! Wish I could give them 1/4 of a star because service wise you suck!
I have to say some thing about the pediatic. My son (newborn) have met the doctor for ~6 times in last 4 months. For 2 times, the nurse somehow forgot to send the prescription to my pharmacy (until I called in to ask for that). For 1 time, the nurse directly gave me the prescription even I brought my sick child to the hospital and the doctor did not show to take a look at him.... So you know, about half of my experience is not so happy. Anyway, their service was OK, which allowed me to give them 3 stars. One more thing, I do not know whether there is a way to check the bills online...I have tried to find that out. Maybe I just could not find it.
The physicians and staff are very helpful and friendly. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. It is so nice to have multiple specialties located in one building.
Alyson gave me a good physical therapy to correct and control my balance.
I have been seen here by orthopedics and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fulcher for my wrist. Dr. Erin Latif practices OBGYN at this site and I have loved seen her also!!!
