Within an hour my results were sent to the referring physician and we knew what we could rule in or rule out. Very nice and courteous staff group, very quick service. Would definitely come back again if the need arises! They already had authorization for my procedure and everything taken care of. It was a quick in and out and everyone was so kind and helpful.
My experience with the staff was great! However their billing service/system is horrible! I had a payment plan that was auto deducted that I basically had to agree to and I understand why, but they ended up taking too much on the last installment so I had to call and request a refund...at which point I thought it was done...THEN I get a notice from a COLLECTION AGENCY for 70.65!!! So once again I'm wasting time on phone calls to resolve! Glad I'm not one who would just write the check and pay without calling that some people would because they don't know any better! Thanks for trying to steal my $$$! If need I WILL NOT use AHI's services again!
