I am brand new to the Augusta area. Upon making my appointment, I had asked questions regarding Medicaid. They failed to mention what I late saw in a packet they send you that all services will be paid for on day of appt. When I to ask about this, the lady on the phone was not helpful and when asked about the price she quoted me almost $400 for one appt. Then I asked if she could refer me somewhere, as I am pregnant and need prenatal care, and she said I was 9n my own and I could call around. Rude phone etiquette. Not helpful people at all.
Lady on the phone was rude and unpleasant to talk to. A shame to have this person answering the phone. I asked for an appointment after 3.30pm because I work and she said they only offer 9.15am or 2pm to new customer. Didn't even have time to say bye that she had already hang up the phone. Rude lady.
Very nice and generous staff and doctors! Especially Dr. Susan, she is a very kind and caring person! Always be my first choice for a obgyn!
