As for the girls up front they were very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is that the office update their signage. If you're going to have two windows and split the doctors between the two then at least have the correct names up so that patients know which line to stand in. I didn't appreciate wasting my time standing in the incorrect line then being directed to another window (thankfully there wasn't a line in that one). I pointed out the fact that the doctors name wasn't in the window and the receptionist said "yeah I know we've already asked for it to be updated multiple times". If it were a sign that needed to be remade I'd understand but it's a freaking piece of paper you slide out of a plastic slip and replace with a new one that can be easily created on the computer. Get it together APC
I found this place on the internet and primarily chose it because of all the online self service features. I like scheduling appointments online, accessing forms, patient portals, etc. I arrived today as a new patient, had an 11am appointment and by 11:50a still hadn't been seen. I asked about the wait time and was quoted another 20-30 minutes so I asked for a refund and for my paperwork back. Are these wait times standard? Even if they are in my opinion that's unacceptable.
I will not be returning to this location.
Havon Knight was awesome. As a new patient I had some concerns and he was able to actually sit down and talk with me. He didn't rush and he answered each question. I am so happy that I have a primary physician who pays attention to my needs. Thanks Dr. Havon Knight
MY VISIT WITH DR. HAVON KNIGHT WAS VERY VERY GOOD THIS DOCTOR MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU AND WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO TO GET YOU BETTER.THE STAFF IS OMG, TOP OF THE LINE. STOP BY.
Dr. Price is an excellent doctor. I've been seeing him since I was 13 I'm now 35. He truly cares for his patients, Price is not a doctor who just comes in and out, he listens to everything, he remembers exactly what you've talked about before. He's always been spot on with figuring out my problems, and if not... Price and his staff are right on top of finding the right doctor. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but its worth it, not only do I say it, but you hear it in the waiting room. I always recommend Price to friends. Even Dr. Carr treated my daughter with the up most respect, when she became ill, and her regular doctor could not figure it out, but Carr found a mass of infection in her breast. I couldn't be more Grateful to Carr.
I read through several reviews, especially negative ones, before writing this. The negative concerns are justified but they are also problems mentioned about just about every doctor's office. But, something I think is very important. I've seen obvious changes made to improve service. The introduction of the patient portal has allowed me to carry on extended back and forth conversations with the staff through email. Wait times have been cut in half since I started going there three years ago. My Dr., Dr. Carr, and the whole office in general have always been courteous and friendly even when I was not because of my illness. Something I consider very important is that Dr. Carr has demonstrated a greater knowledge of and responsiveness to my illness with each visit. This shows me that he actually reads my records and considers my best treatment rather than just pushing me through to get to the next patient. I'm very happy with my service here and would recommend it to my friends and family.
