The blonde front desk lady with a bob had trouble understanding a Korean woman with her granddaughter and instead of letting the granddaughter translate an issue about checking in she snapped at her and told her to sit down. When she DID sit down close to the window the receptionist said "No, sit over there!" And had her move across the waiting room. Can't even comment on the actual care there without being able to get past decent hospitality and understanding when you walk through the DOOR.
Dr. Bertram is an excellent cornea specialist. He is very knowledgeable regarding eye conditions. When introducing new medication, Dr. Bertram will make sure the.new medicine will not have an adverse effect on your other meds. Thanks Dr. Bertram!!!
Waited an hour and a half just to sit another half hour in a smaller waiting room then didnt even get good contact prescriptions!!!!!
They are good. Just dont take all health insurances. Have to wait until I get back to New York City to have the surgery needed. Horrible in that aspect.
