I love my doctor but it's disheartening to call for days trying to make an appointment and not being able to get in touch with anyone. The calling system also needs an option to just leave a voicemail from the get go because sitting on hold for 9 min and 27 seconds every time just for no one to answer (because they never do) and be directed to voicemail is extremely annoying. Your patients time is more valuable than that.
See the since I was 18 years old and almost 30 now. Love them!!!
I've been going to this office for over 10 yrs and it's always been congested but it's gotten worse by leaps and bounds over the years.
Ridiculously long wait times in waiting room and often put on hold only to eventually be rolled into voicemail and never gotten back to. They should really stop accepting new patients if they are this inefficient with their current patient load
Like this Central office - never had an issue with waiting too long or getting an appointment. But I wish doctors were more persistent about resolving my health issues
My wife's appointment was at 3:30... it is now 6:43 and I am sitting in the car still waiting for her to come out. She likes the Dr. but this is just wrong! If time scheduling gets resolved , I will rethink my review
