I read the reviews before my Mom's appointment and I must say they're correct. Dr.Lal was great but some of his staff wasn't . My Mom was seen on Tuesday, the nurse said someone would call on Wednesday to schedule her procedure. Today is Friday and I finally get a call back requesting the name of the doctor who prescibed one of her medications. Mind you this is after I've called the office six times.
Dr. Lal is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever been to and his staff was exceptional as well. After my procedure and during my recovery, I received calls from both Dr. Lal and his staff to check on me to see how I was doing. I can not thank him and his staff enough for the wonderful care they provided. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Lal.
Sept he's done every test I personally would know to do atop of several others :) He's warm and is kind and takes the time to explain things if you've got questions about a proceedure

Dr. Lal has to be one of the kindest human beings on Earth. He is warm, approachable, comforting, and thorough. I wouldn’t entrust my family to anyone else. I feel so fortunate to have found him.
