I was referred to Dr. Joseph for lung issues. After I heard him talking to his intern right outside the door of the room I was in, I quickly became wary. For 30 minutes or so he coached this young intern about how to "get the money". It's all in memorizing certain lines that you will say to patients, body language and having confidence in a way that patients will have faith that you will know what you are talking about. "That's how you get the money" he said at least 3 times. I heard him tell the intern what he was going to say to me outside the door before he even laid eyes on me. Seriously? Because of the educational session with his intern, I spent an hour and a half in that office and got little to no help for my situation. That may be how you "get the money", but he will not be getting any more of mine.
