We didn't even rent from them because the representative was so rude. My husband visited the office about 20 minutes before opening and the lady told him very rudely that they weren't open and when they did it would be a while. Then when he returned he told her the day he'd like to pick up and then she rudely yelled again "what day" because she wasn't listening. He politely thanked her and left. We rented a vehicle through Thrifty and received excellent customer service! Too bad because it was a five day rental at that. Their loss.

We rent from Waters nearly every summer for our family vacation and its always a good experience. This last time my parents pick up the van the night before and when I got to their house I noticed that it was not the van that I was expecting.
