DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL WAITED A WEEK BEFORE MY TRIP AND GAVE THE VAN TO SOMEONE ELSE NOW I'M STUCK. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STAR.
Great service provided by Banks Van Rentals! The vans drove well and were very clean. The staff was very helpful in arranging a pickup time around my very busy schedule.
Let's just start by saying I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. The customer service was poor. Communication skills with customers are poor and they give u the run around.I have called several times myself and have experienced the same thing every time... THEY EVEN ASKED TO SLIDE MY MONEY UNDER THE DOOR. THIS PLACE NEEDS NO STARS NO BUISNESS. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE.
