It's was good.a little high but worth it!
Too long to pickup, too slow to process, turn up 1/2 hour AFTER opening time, promise to update contract with fuel level and don't.
Sent Lyft driver to pick me up at wreak site, she looked dirty and stunk of cigarettes. Truck was dirty, didn't know where Hertz office was. Hertz office personal didn't bother to show me anything about rental SUV.
Set up a reservation 2 weeks prior to rental online. The day before pick-up I was unable to get anyone on the phone. 6 attempts in 4 hours and only on the first one did someone answer and put me directly on hold, but never came back on the line. I was trying to call to confirm the time and vehicle availability. They have lost my business and anyone else I know that needs a rental. Was able to contact another company and set everything up in less than 10 minutes. Hertz corporate apparently needs to get a handle on this location from reading the other reviews. They do not even deserve one star
Where to even start with this. Let see I waited an hour to get a car and was never even acknowledge when I walked in. Then I did my walk around in a shaded area only to take it home and see there was a huge chunk taken out of the tire. Thankfully I was a able to call and file an emergency claim with hertz customer service and wasn't charged but the car was very unsafe to drive. The staff is very rude and seems as though they don't care to be there. I wouldn't rent from them if I had the choice. Insurance was the only reason I had to go with them but hopefully this helps save someone from getting an unsafe vehicle from here. And according to the airport location this isn't the first time this had happened from this location.
Rent from ANYWHERE else, but NOT here. I'm Hertz Presidents Circle, completely loyal, and based on my last/first/only two rentals from here I will never return.
