Ordered online. Disappointed. Ordered march 8, and kept checking my account wondering why the purchase never drafted. Call customer service. They tell me, the money doesn't come out until the items ship. Ok. march 16, I checked my order status and it was canceled. Called customer service, they originally told me the billing and shipping address did not match, so my order was automatically canceled. But the customer service man apologized and offered FREE two day shipping. He transferred me to someone else to complete my order. Got my order two days later alright, but I was charged for the expedited shipping! I am also VERY disappointed in my pink and grey chevron vans. Does not look the color online. They sent a neon pink and grey, but online showed a softer pink. Will be returning.
