OMG where do I start!!! We love this place not only because of the product but the customer service is Soooooo amazing!! Joshua 7year old says this is his favorite store he love the ladies they're nice and they keep him fly

Had a very pleasant visit yesterday. They were out of all the Kobe shoes my daughter wanted so the cashier suggested to try and order which I didn't think to ask and they were available to be ordered from another store. The manager was very nice and helpful and even shook my hand when we left.

Very bad when it comes to customer service. The employees act as if it would kill them to do their jobs. Very short, and unfriendly staff managers included.
