Visted your store on 19apr17 and Blake was unbelievably accommodating and made me feel good about purchasing Red Wings. Store did not have the size shoe I wanted but Blake found it at another store and had it shipped to my home. Shoe arrived the next morning before my daily activities began and I was able to wear the shoes all day. Thanks for the GREAT service Blake!

Red Wing staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They were willing to spend ample time helping my wife find the perfect size in her new boots (which she loves). The staff even helped measure my feet and try on different boots even though they knew I was not going to purchase any. 10/10 would hire this employee.
The guy that works there name blake is an ass. I went there to return some shoes and i told him that i want my money back and all he was doing trying to find excuses not to return them i got the shoe 3 days ago didnt even wear them and he said he doesnt want to return the shoes because the company will lose money like i care im not going to keep something i don't need
