Customer service was sub par. The ice cream tasted sour. The fries were hot, but tasted funny. The chicken tenders were very good though.

After more than four minutes from the moment we walked in, not a greeting was presented; not even an acknowledgement. We stood patiently waiting to place an order with three employees behind the counter and not a customer in front of us. After five minutes of standing around watching the employees wandering aimlessly, we chose to leave. We drove a few miles west on I-20 to the Bluegrass DQ location, where we had an excellent experience.

Food was good. Service needs to be a little better and a little faster. If you need to finish another customers order and you are the only one taking orders, then don't turn your back and have me waiting. Communication was not used and they never said I will be with you in a second. Never said thank you and come again after we ordered and we received our food.
