Like any other Diablo's: amazing! Food has never been anything less than fantastic. Only criticism is that there can be lack of seating during busier hours. Otherwise perfect!
I absolutely love this place I eat here 2 to 3 times a week I used to eat the chicken burrito now I switched it up and I get three soft tacos 2 chicken 1 steak oh my God so good if you haven't eaten here please do you won't regret it
Just moved on the area. A friend and I visited the restaurant and noticed flies on the uncovered tortillas and shells that they keep at the corner of a counter top right behind the first employee that takes the order (a grumpy blonde), more flies walking over the cut lettuce, next to the rest of the food that it's also uncovered ready to be chosen for the order. Dirty floors and tables on a time that wasn't busy at all, (around 3.30 pm). After watching that how anti-hygienic it is, I lost the appetite and just ordered a bottle of soda. I can't imagine how dirty must be the kitchen that's on the back and also the soda vending machine. It just shows the manager doesn't care how it's in front of the customers and the whole place. Unbelievable, my friend tells me it's very busy at lunch and dinner time.
I am a regular customer here. Over the past 2 years the quality here has went downhill. I think when they started opening new stores the management cared less about this one. You used to be able to go in there and receive the same consistent quality food. Now its kinda hit or miss. Sometimes the rice isn't fully cooked, the employees can be grumpy and untrained. They mess up the burrito wrap and it becomes more like a mess all over your tray. Sometimes the food is just old and not fresh. It is still on average very good but you just can't expect the same kind of standards as you used to.
You can fight me if you want, but we all know Diablos is better than Chipotle. More flavorful, more ingredient choices, actual queso that is fit for human consumption, utter lack of e. Coli, I could keep going on and on. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and go here instead of any other burrito place.
