The worst ever! The guy brought my order and he look like he had a problem to start with. He then swipe my card two times causing it to decline the second time. My card was billed for one of the charges I told the driver this and he disputed this. I talked to Marcus at the store and he said when he looked in the system it showed that it declined but I told him that I have proof it came out . It was my word against his. I told him that it was fine I would dispute it with my bank as fraud he then said well if the bank says it went through then call me in the morning so we can work something out. Nope I'm not gonna go back to this place again and I beg anyone with a brain please do not go to this place . They will try to steal from your account and deny it even when you got proof.
Ordered the largest T Bone steak they had in medium-well and it was the chewiest steak I've ever had. And to top it off, somehow they managed to make it taste the way an old lady's house smells. Not sure what black magic these guys are using to accomplish this but it's definitely not worth the $25 it cost for it.
I only gave two stars because I don’t think it is okay for he delivery driver to not even offer my change back, trying to force a tip. I was already going to give him one. I shouldn’t have given him any more and let him walk away with that $2 of my change. I was already going to give him a tip, but if I get that bald Caucasian with the glasses again....he won’t be getting a thing.
Called in an order for pickup...it was ready and we got 2 free teas with our order. Counter guy was a bit lackluster and a very monotone personality and demeanor but he lightened up after I asked him if he was happy! LOL. I have been eating Steak Out for going on 20 years and enjoyed it. This time though, the chopped steak was a processed patty...very horrible! They used to be a juicy patty with flavor, this, not so much. I will give it another try...but step it up!
