Very good app! Love the ease of ordering. Also the Dominos Pizza at 3150 Wrightsboro are great team! Very courteous and professional. Pizza is always hot and tasty!
I ordered on phone app. Food was not delivered by 2 hours later. Called store and spoke with Yolanda, store manager. Yolanda told me she was too busy with customers in the store to speak with me. Yolanda instructed someone to tell me to call back in a couple of hours. I said I will call corporate and she got on the phone immediately. She was rude and unappologetic for the experience I as having with Domino's. Told me she could give me a free drink instead of discounting the cost of the cold late pizza. I let yolanda know I was calling corporate to resolve it. I will never order from that Domino's as long as Yolanda is there!
Took 40 minutes to reach me after it left the store, after which of course it was lukewarm. Please don't send your drivers out with 8 orders at once. I've got no problem waiting an hour or more for pizza, but it should at least be hot when I get it. Preparation wasn't bad. The delivery thing could've been a fluke, but I don't care to wager another $20 on it.
Hands down the best pizza joint in Augusta! Always consistent. Always fresh when delivered. Keep up the terrific work!!!
Placed my order at 11:35am on the app. Order was "checked for perfection" at 11:59 pm. I called at 12:29pm and was on hold for several minutes when a woman answered and hardly let me utter much more than the first part of my address before telling me my order hadn't left the store yet but that it would arrive shortly. It is now 1:15pm and my ONE PIZZA has still not arrived.
