I placed my order online which was quick and easy. I was able to track my order and before I knew my ordered was delivered fresh and correct. Great service and I'm enjoying every bite.
Fantastic pizza place at a good price. We especially like their cheesey bread. By far the best in Augusta.
Completely screwed up my order. Ordered a pizza with dipping sauce and a salad. Specifically asked for utensils with the salad. Delivery guy showed up 80 minutes later after calling to ask where I was since he went to the wrong hotel. When he arrived, no salad and no dipping sauce. So he went back to get them and came back with the salad but no utensils and the wrong dipping sauce. Would have been 1 star but the salad was actually good.
The food is good... However the service needs improvement. If you are planning on delivery just forget about ordering from here. And that's if they even deliver in your area. The delivery range for them is pretty much direct line of sight. Once, I ordered just over 2 miles or a 7 min drive (with traffic) and they said I was too far away. You're better off ordering from one of the many competing pizza companies that are in the same area. Very disappointing experience. I really wanted to like this place.
As a side note the computer printed reciept showed exactly what I ordered correctly so the order was taken properly.
