This location as a hair salon is crude !SUCKS! I had an scheduled appointment. I was 10 minutes early. I waited 1 1/2 hours and did not get taken care of. They said they would be ready in 10 minutes. Then they said 15 more. No! No service they are horrible!!! I went to a location in Colorado they were fabulous!!!! Not here in Augusta!!!! I highly recommend don't go to this location!!!!!!

There are many helpful people here in Atlanta but they could do well to hire more like Heather. She is completely approachable and holds a respect for her position that many are lacking. Thank you for the help and I look forward to intentionally traveling to your store for further purchases.

I visited and was blown away by the staff. Heather was professional and helped me in every way. I live in Atlanta and have access to many stores and products. When visiting Augusta I went with family and was shocked by how curtious and professional Heather

I always have a great experience at this location! The cashier Camille is sooo sweet ! She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful when I come here. She's very attentive to the customers while some of the other staff tend to ignore you because there talking amongst each other about other employees.

Terrible service. I was there with my fiancé yesterday. All the girls were standing up at the front gossiping, and doing each other’s make up. No one greeted, no one offered to help. We were the only people in the store. After we spent a few minutes finding what we needed, we asked for help, and it took them about two minutes to figure which one of them would pick the short straw. We got a girl with pink hair, which I’m assuming is the same girl that all these other horrible reviews are about. She didn’t want to help, she was very rude and uninterested, and I, being from a customer service and sales background, was extremely offended at such a lack of respect. I don’t understand why we were treated that way and I don’t know how many bad reviews it takes to finally get through to you all that this person is obviously not a good fit for you. We will not be returning to this store. On top of all that she gave us the tester kit off the shelf and sold it to us without our knowledge.

I had a terrible experience at the Salon yesterday, I was schedule with Sara for highlights and haircut, as soon as I got there I notice that the client that was still on her chair wasn't happy with her hair color and then the manager came and pretty much told her that's the color she picked and that is what she got... I've should have ran at that point but decided to give her a try, Sara was very nice and here is what happened: 1) Sara never did a consultation about my hair, she didn't ask one thing about what I was expecting or what she recommended, I showed her a picture and pretty much went from there. 2)I had scars on my scalp from how hard she scratched it when she rinsed my my hair. Basics of cosmetology Do not use your nails use your digits or fingers!!! Some clients may have sensitive skin or might be on blood anticoagulants, anything that abrasive can provoke major bleeding. 3) Haircut, asked for a trim with long layers and I got an uneven long bob with 6-7 inches chopped off my hair..ohh well its just hair.. 4) Hairstyling. Hey you want your hair just straight?? Sure.. assuming she knows what she is doing.. dried my hair with a hair drier comb attachment and then she realized that made my hair freeze and huge cause I have thick hair, she proceded to then go over with the flat iron grabbing thick section and starting at mid shaft of hair. At that point I told her I had to go and to not worry about styling, I collected my check for $137.00 and went up front, there I requested to speak to the store manager, I spoke to her about how Sara is very nice but does not know what she is doing, and needs a lot more training, the store manager was nice and asked that I comeback to fix my hair.. but no thanks! Here is what I have a problem with. Why have an individual who is obviously not ready technically to take on clients and make the client think that they are going to be taken care of? When I addressed the manager she quoted "I have been working with her on her skills for months but she doesn't get it" meaning that she is aware of the situation and chooses to let her continue jacking clients up. Here is what I think could help Sarah. Assisting other stylist for a while until she gains enough experience, have her attend outside courses and training, specially for hair cutting and stylist and client communication skills. This could have been prevented if management is more aware of their employees skills and limitations, Why charge costumers as if they are to get professional skilled labor? When management knows that she is not ready?? I hope Sarah gets the training she needs to continue with her career, but Ulta I am so dissatisfied and disappointed, you guys are my go to for skin and I thought hair, but that was a huge mistake. Hope something changes.
