When I got home there was wax all over my legs and patches of hair on my legs. They nickel and dime me for a poor service. The host was nice but I did not care for the lady (I don’t remember her name) waxing me. She made the experience uncomfortable. I would go back only because it’s the only place in Augusta that does Brazilian but if my next experience is the same way I not be returning.
and now they just called me that the same technician who got sick had an emergency.
Once because they decided to close early- (WHO DOES THIS??- you schedule appointments you need to stick to them)
twice because the technician got sick (This i understood- things happen)
Once because it was raining outside
I would most definitely come back again. Nena was the one that waxed me. She was so down to earth and made me feel very relaxed with it being my first time. It didn’t hurt at all and I would refer anyone to come here and get waxed.
I asked them to switch technicians and they always thought of some lame excuse as to why they couldn't do it.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I have went I have always had a great experience. The receptionist is always welcoming and so far two out of three girls I have went to I have enjoyed. Today I went to Yesica and she was amazing. She talked to me during the entire Brazilian wax which made the time go by so fast as well as comfortable compared to another girl I was once going to who made the wax very awkward. Other than that it is a very clean environment and as I said I always enjoy coming here.
Awful customer service. My appointment has been re-schedule five time now.
The girl at the front desk is extremely rude. I was also change more than I was suppose to be charge. I never asked for a sugar wax but they decided to give me one and charge me for it just to get me out earlier when the girl at the front desk was the one waisting time with her attitude. Yesica was great but I'm really disappointed and I think that was my last visit as I will just wait to I go to ATL to get waxed. I don't think is fair for me to come for a service I pay for and not feel welcomed.
Never using them again- there are plenty of spas in Augusta that would be happy to take my money.
