Kim at Ga med spa is an expert with lasers. Prior to going to her, I went to a dermatologist to laser my back hair. The visit to the dermatologist left my back with "Leppord spots". Kim said, don't worry, I can fix this" and she did ! Plus, my back is smooth/ hairless.
Kim is great. Going for years and I recommend people all the time. She knows her stuff.
I recommend avoiding this place. They do not pass the smell test for legitimacy.

I arrived at the address of the Spa at my appointed time to discover a small single room office buried in a row of offices with a locked door. I called the number again only to speak to the same lady that made the appointment and be told that they are closed. I had made the appointment one day prior and spoken to the same person.
I have also referred numerous friends and clients to Kim and they have all been happy with their various facial renewal, body fat reduction and hair removal, laser treatments.
I recently purchased a Groupon for Laser Skin rejuvenation. I called and spoke to a nice lady who informed me that I must first have a consultation before I could use the Groupon. My first concern was that now I have to spend additional money over the cost of the Groupon for the service, but it is buried in the fine print - so I made an appointment.
It is obvious that the deal is a scam. A tiny office with a locked door? The same person who answers a phone that doesn't ring to the office? I am currently trying to get a refund with no luck. Groupon wants the Spa to issue the refund, the Spa wants Groupon to issue it. I am about to contact American Express and contest the charge.
