Recently moved to the area from 'too far away to be able to bring my pantry' and this place had everything I needed to re-stock my South Asian and Middle Eastern ingredients. Also they have fresh halal meats (including goat), prepared by the owners, every week. Top class place, and the owner couldn't have been friendlier. Good samosas if you need a snack while you are there too.
The first time I came to this store I felt extremely un welcomed. I didn't feel comfortable walking farther than the counter after the look on the face of the owner's wife. She scrunched her face up at me like when one sees feces left in open spaces. I couldn't believe it. I went back one more time and again, I decided to never step foot in a store that does not view me as a human. And now, while researching other people's experiences on these google reviews for this particular store, my experience is not the only one. In addition there are experiences by people of European descent and people of their own descent who explain that the staff was "friendly, helpful" and other humane treatment that was denied me during my brief times in this store.
