From my experience over the last three or four visits, I've left with the perception that people that work there aren't very happy, or maybe are feeling not very motivated. I use the store a lot because it is the closest one and for the most part, I like modt aspects of the store except the front end operations. It seems that the front end, which includes the cashiers and the customer service desk, seem to be mostly the ones that feel are not very happy. I certainly don't expect anyone to smile with a huge fake smile. That would be unrealistic and insincere. I'm a person that feels a worker should provide back to the customer at least a normal form of courtesy and a little appreciation. I feel that the people in the front end are overworked which leads me to my other concern that I have your store and I believe that they are very linked together in terms of cause and effect. I feel that there's too many self-checkout lanes and only one maybe two in the last four or five times and I've been there that have been opend with real people. I understand the economy is not as robust as it should be and I know that your challenges are many including having to cut payroll. I'm very realistic about this, but at the same time, it does bother me that I come into your store find my own groceries and now I have to do all the work and pay a computer money. Not a very personal enjoyable. Nor experience. I feel that the customer that is the soonest and closest to leaving the store has the most important impression for what happens within that store. I hope you felt my honest and sincere impression of your store to be helpful and I hope that maybe there's a way to help correct the front end and maybe not work them so hard and maybe turn off a couple of the self-checkout Lane so that we can actually get some real customer service. I only shop here if they have really good sales otherwise they're prices are way to high. I don't call the store Bi-Lo I call it
The store is very clean and well maintained. I didn't have to wait in line at all.

It is like a large convenience store with shelves not stocked well.
This store is always so clean and great deals They have buy one get one free except for meats you can just buy one get half off . Also they will cut the meats to a smaller package for you.when there is a sale I get them to cut it and get the smaller package on sale some places charge more for smaller.
