I called this Dentist a week before I scheduled an appointment. I gave them my insurance number and everything on my insurance card. I took off work for an appointment. When I got there I asked if everything was good to go with my insurance. They told me it turns out that they are not a preferred provider of my insurance and I would not get any coverage. So rather than calling me back when I made the appointment to tell me this, or call during the week to tell me I'm not covered, they tell me after I take off work and drive all the way out to their office. Also everytime I would call to confirm my appointment the receptionist would rudely say to be sure and be there 10 minutes early. Even when I called for directions on the way, she said be here 10 minutes early!! Lastly when everything went down and they told me they would not take my insurance they acted like it was my fault for having this insurance. And all the nurses where ganging around starring. It was not a good experience at all.
