So I've been going too this man for the last 18 years or more. I started with him when I was in high school so he's been my dentist forever and a day. I've never had the issues that I've saw on this review, and my social status has nothing to do with how he treats me because I'm not rich. Him and his associates keeps my teeth very healthy.
Been going here for 2.5yrs. Dr. Murphy is very RUDE & disrespectful! Absolutely no bedside manners. Not thorough & No proffessionalism... AT ALL! I'm 43yrs old & he is the worst dentist I've ever been a patient of in my entire life. He doesn't speak to you or explain anything about the work to be done unless your social economic status is 'Upper-Class'. Not to mention, there are insurance & crediting errors everytime work is done... Even with simple, fully covered cleanings (twice a year). Needless to say, I am no longer a patient & took my business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble... FIND SOMEONE ELSE! You have been warned.
TERRIBLE! I was having teeth pain in the back and went and seen Dr. Murphey. He got me prep to pull my "back tooth" when I was clearly having a panic attack. One of the nurses came in as I was left alone in a room for over 10 minutes to help calm me. She left out and they immediately came back in and sent me directly to the ER for my blood pressure was 201/110. But before leaving his office his words were come on back when you leave the ER. Never again!!!
I have been going to this dental office for several years now. I would say everyone is friendly for the most part, but I have had some bad experiences. The wait between being seated for procedures and actually being prepped can take a while. I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences when a rude employee obviously didn't want to answer any of my questions about a bill I received from them. Ive always paid my debts, I just needed a thorough explanation. The employee was not patient and acted like I was causing an issue and blaming her. Unprofessional! Not going back!
This Dentist is a Jerk!!! No other way to put it..my father in law has dementia and i am his legal guardian...i should have the right to stay in the room with my father in law..He as the rights of a child!! Dr.Murphey DOES NOT speak to me at all...and i find what he discusses with my father in law inappropriate (someone killing themselves in his rental property)...We will NOT be back..this was the 3rd time...3 strikes and we out!! If you like rude people by all means come see this man...
